How it works

From premise to premiere.

  1. We develop the show

Premise, characters or format, and a recurring structure built around your brand and audience.

  2. You approve three things

Nothing goes into production until you sign off on all three.

    • What it’s about
    • Who it’s for
    • The call to action
  3. Three episodes every week

New original episodes plus supporting cutdowns, teasers and hooks — delivered on a steady weekly rhythm.

Why a web series

Random posts don’t build an audience. Shows do.

Disconnected promotional videos ask viewers to care about something new every time. A recurring format gives them characters, a premise and a reason to watch the next one — and keeps your brand in the frame while they do. We can’t promise any episode goes viral; we can build a show people choose to come back to.

The usual

Disconnected promo posts

  • A new idea every post, no reason to return
  • Feels like an ad, gets scrolled like one
  • Nothing compounds week to week
  • Hard to know what’s working

The studio way

A recurring show

  • A premise people follow from episode to episode
  • Entertainment first, brand woven in
  • Every episode builds familiarity
  • One repeatable format you can measure

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Items marked “terms being finalized” are summarized here and governed by the service agreement you’ll review before paying.

What is a branded web series?

A recurring show built around your brand — the same premise, format or characters, episode after episode. Instead of one-off ads, viewers get a reason to come back, and your product or call to action is woven into the story.

How many videos do I receive?

24 deliverables every month: 12 original episodes (released weekly — typically three a week — each one a complete, standalone video) plus 12 supporting assets — cutdowns, teasers, alternate hooks, trailers and platform-specific versions. Supporting assets are additional edits, never the same export counted twice.

How long are the episodes?

Typically 15–60 seconds, depending on the format you approve. Longer formats can be scoped separately.

Do I approve the concept?

Yes. Before production starts you approve three things: what the show is about, who it is for, and the call to action. Nothing goes into production until all three are signed off.

Can I request revisions?

Yes — unlimited revisions. Once you request your first revision on an episode, you have 3 days of revisions on it, as many rounds as you need within the approved concept. Request the first revision within 5 days of delivery; after that the episode counts as approved.

What happens after cancellation?

Cancel anytime from the Manage subscription page or by email — no fees, no notice period. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you’ve already paid for: we finish and deliver that month’s episodes, then stop. Payments aren’t refunded for partial months, and unused deliverables don’t carry over. Everything we delivered stays yours.

Who owns the videos?

You do. Every finished video we produce for you is yours once it’s paid for — you own it outright and can post, advertise, edit and repurpose it however you like. Licensed music, stock and fonts inside a video stay covered by their licences for use in that video.

How quickly can we launch?

Web series: concept development begins after signup and production starts once you approve the concept. Clipping: campaigns launch after acceptance and content preparation. We confirm exact dates during onboarding.
