Clipping campaign terms

Draft summary — under review. Items marked “To be confirmed” are not yet binding commitments and are finalized in your written scope before payment. Our general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy also apply.

1. The service

A fully managed clipping campaign: strategy and planning, content preparation or production within the agreed scope, clipper recruitment and coordination, creative briefs, distribution, submission verification, quality assurance, campaign management and reporting.

Your campaign investment is one all-inclusive price. It covers our management and creative work as well as distribution; it is not paid in full to clippers or spent entirely on views.

2. Content options and production scope

Existing clips and long-form repurposing include a standard preparation and editing allowance. Original content production, and any request beyond the standard allowance, is scoped and quoted in writing before payment.

To be confirmed: the standard allowance for each content option (number of edits, source hours, revision rounds)

3. Campaign acceptance and refunds

Every campaign is reviewed before launch. If we cannot accept a paid campaign, we refund it in full.

To be confirmed: acceptance window (proposed: 2 business days) and refund rules once a campaign has launched

4. Estimated views

View estimates are planning scenarios based on illustrative cost-per-1,000-view assumptions applied to the distribution share of your investment. They are estimates of video views, not unique people reached, followers, leads or sales, and they are not guaranteed.

5. Valid views and verification

Only views on approved posts that meet the campaign’s verification rules count toward reporting. Views from prohibited methods (bots, purchased engagement, view farms) are excluded.

To be confirmed: exact valid-view definition, verification method and what happens if a campaign underdelivers its planning range

6. Platform rules and disclosure

Clipper distribution is incentivized activity. Campaigns run within each platform’s rules, and clippers are required to follow applicable advertising-disclosure rules. Incentivized views are not represented as independent organic engagement, and may not qualify as organic traffic for third-party programs.

7. Content rights

You confirm you have the rights to content you supply and grant us and participating clippers permission to edit and distribute it for the campaign. Rights to content we produce for you are set out in your scope.

To be confirmed: licence terms for supplied content and ownership of produced content

8. Duration

Campaigns run until the campaign’s distribution resources are used or the agreed campaign period ends.

To be confirmed: standard campaign length
