Web series subscription terms

Web Series Production is a recurring, done-for-you subscription. We develop a branded web series for your business and produce 24 deliverables each billing month: 12 original episodes and 12 supporting assets such as cutdowns, teasers, alternate hooks, trailers and platform-specific versions.

Episodes are released on a weekly schedule, typically three per week, and run about 15–60 seconds depending on the approved format. Each episode is a complete, standalone video. Supporting assets are additional edits, not duplicate exports.

Before production, you approve three things: the series concept (what the show is about), the target audience (who it is for) and the call to action. Episode production begins once all three are approved. We start concept development as soon as you subscribe, and your first month’s deliverables are scheduled from the date you approve the concept.

Prompt feedback keeps the schedule on track. If approvals or materials we need are delayed by more than 7 days, the delivery schedule moves back by the same amount.

The subscription costs $1,800 per month, billed in advance through Stripe on the same date each month, and renews automatically until you cancel. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any applicable taxes.

If a payment fails, production pauses until the balance is paid. Unpaid subscriptions may be cancelled after 14 days.

Revisions are unlimited within a 3-day revision window. The window for an episode or asset opens when you send your first revision request and closes 3 days (72 hours) later; during it you can request as many rounds of changes as you like.

Request your first revision within 5 days of delivery. If we receive no revision request in that time, the deliverable is considered approved.

Revisions are changes to a delivered video within the approved concept. A request to change the concept, audience or call to action is treated as a new concept and is scheduled into upcoming episodes.

You can cancel at any time, with no cancellation fee and no notice period, from the Manage subscription page (positivitytools.io/manage) or by emailing hello@positivitytools.io.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid month. We complete and deliver the deliverables scheduled for that month, and you will not be charged again. Payments are non-refundable, including for partial months, and unused deliverables do not carry over to later months or convert to credit.

If we fail to deliver a month’s scheduled deliverables for reasons within our control, we will deliver the shortfall at no charge or refund the undelivered portion of that month.

You own every final video and asset we deliver to you. Ownership, including copyright, transfers to you once the month it was delivered in has been paid for. You may post, advertise, edit, repurpose and sublicense it without further permission from us, including after you cancel.

Third-party materials inside a video — licensed music, stock footage, images and fonts — remain owned by their licensors and are licensed for use within that video. Our pre-existing tools, templates and working methods remain ours.

We may show delivered work in our portfolio and marketing. Tell us in writing if you’d rather we didn’t, and we won’t.

You confirm you have the right to provide any logos, footage, product information and other materials you send us, and you allow us to use them to produce your series.

We do not guarantee views, virality, followers, leads or sales. Performance depends on many factors outside our control.
